Uses:  Invigorating and refreshing, cleans pores when added to skin cleansers.  Energizing to the mind and body.  Make a facial steam of spearmint oil to help cleanse and refine pores.

Blends well with:  Bergamot, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Lavender.

Cautions::  Harmful if swallowed, keep away from eyes, can damage or irritate mucus membranes.
