Uses:  Known to help one feel grounded especially when you are feeling scattered or under a lot of stress.  Diffuse when you need help with concentration or have become exhausted from accumulated stresses.  It comforts and revives.  Helps with rest and relaxation of the mind.  Often used in itchy scalp and oily skin preparations.  Wonderful in a steam inhalation to help with congestion.

Blends well with:  bay, bergamot, cardamom, eucalyptus, juniper, frankincense, lavender, sandalwood.

Cautions:  Avoid during pregnancy.  Harmful if swallowed.  Keep away from children.  Keep away from eyes.
