Uses:  One of every aromatherapists must-have essential oils.  As it has been since ancient times in the Middle East, Frankincense is still reported to have a centering, grounding effect on its users.  These days it is also widely regarded for its toning and rejuvenating properties when used on the skin.  Be sure to dilute in a carrier oil before applying to the skin.  Positively affects the immune system when diffused or inhaled.  Helps to focus the mind and relax the body.

Blends well with:  Bergamot, Neroli, Lavender, Clary Sage, Patchouli, Vetiver, Sandalwood, most herbs.

This is an essential oil to watch as there is a lot of clinical tests for various issues being conducted.
