Uses:  The aroma of fresh citrus is energizing and bright–perfect for a diffuser to ward off the afternoon blahs.  Pink Grapefruit oil is also said to help suppress the appetite when applied topically as well as aide in digestion and flush toxins when added to drinking water. (please consult a professional for directions for safe ingestion).

Blends well with Essential Oils:  Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose, Geranium. 

Caution: Do not use Pink Grapefruit oil for at least 12 hours prior to being in the sun or bath or under a sun tanning lamp.
