Nutmeg  (Myristica fragrans)  15 ml

Scent:  Spicy, warm, and nutty odor.

Source:  fruit

Uses: Invigorating, enlivening and uplifting–a mood lifter for the home.   Stimulates digestion–helpful in digestion and nausea.  Helpful for extreme tiredness and aching in the joints (in massage blends).  Is analgesic and neutronic when used in the same manner. 

Blends well with Essential Oils:  Bay, Lavandin, Orange, Geranium, Clary Sage, Rosemary, Lime, Mandarin, Coriander, Petitgrain.

Cations:  Do NOT use during pregnancy.  Not recommended for skin care.  Use with caution as inhaling this excessively can cause nausea. Harmful if swallowed, keep away from eyes and children.
