Uses: Topical analgesic, calms nausea, headaches, helps people become clear headed and refreshes the spirits.  Energizing, relieves both mental and physical fatigue.  Use during the daytime as it may keep you awake.  Add to massage blend for digestive problems and flatulence.  Helps with sore muscles and joints.  Use  ina car diffuser for long trips.  revives you during travel.

Blends well with:  geranium, bergamot, lavender, marjoram, rosemary, sandalwood, cedarwood, cypress.

Cautions:  Pregnant women should avoid, Nursing mothers should avoid as it may interfere with production of milk, can be harmful to the mucus membranes, keep away from eyes, children under 30 months should avoid use.
