Uses:   Anti-inflammatory, Astringent, Analgesic, Hormonal Balance, Nerve Tonic.  May help with menstrual and digestive disorders, muscular aches and pains, joint problems.  Steam inhalation for colds, coughs, congestion and sinus problems.

Blends well with Essential Oils:  Lavandin, Citrus Oils, Rosemary.

Cautions:  Do not use if pregnant or prone to seizures.
